Branta ruficollis – Gŵydd Frongoch – Vagrant
This attractive goose is widely kept in captivity, wandering escapes obscuring the occurrence of wild birds. One at Milford Haven on 18 January 1935 (Lockley et al. 1949) is included by Witherby et. al. (1940) in a list of presumed genuine vagrants.
