1997 – male at Westfield Pill, 13 April (AJH)

1998 – male at Fishguard Harbour/Lower Town April to September

1999 – no records

2000 – Male Fishguard Harbour 27 Apr – 19 Sept (LL, OR et al ), female Westfield Pill 16 Nov (AJH).

2001 – Male Fishguard Harbour 18 Apr – 14 Sept, during which time it completed its eclipse (MB et al)

2002 – Male Fishguard Harbour 25 Mar – 21 Sept (“sails” lost 23 May, heavy moult 7 June, full eclipse 22 July) (MB et al).

2003 – Male Fishguard Harbour 18 May – 20 Sept (RNK et al).

2004 – Male Fishguard Harbour 29 Apr (AR).

2007 – A single male spent ost of April at Llwyngwair Manor, Newport (per RD)

2008 – A single female at Westfield Pill from 19 November until the end of the year was the only record (AJH)

2009 – A female was at Westfield Pill from the start of the year until 6th Mar. (AH).

2010 – A female was reported at Westfield Pill on the 4th & 20th Dec.

2011 – The female at Westfield Pill in Dec 2010 remained until 9th Jan 2011 at least then presumably the same bird returned on 27th Dec (AH et al).

2012 – The female at Westfield Pill from 2011 reported only on 1st Jan.

2013 – A drake at the Teifi marshes on 8th Apr, a female at Westfield Pill on 14th Nov and two birds, sex unspecified, at Havens Head, Milford Haven on 25th May.

2015 – One Teifi Marshes 17th Oct

2016 – Single male at the Teifi Marshes on 4 Jan, 12 June  & 6 Dec and four birds comprising of two pairs at Westfield Pill on 3 Nov.

2018 – Male in Lower Town Fishguard 29 April – 4 June, and a male Westfield Pill 15 Oct.

2019 – Male, Lower Town Fishguard 21 May – 21 June and again 19 Oct – end of the year.
